Seasonal Rental Rates

There are two distinct seasons in Yelapa. Our rental rates reflect the differences between the two and are based on a 6 night/7 day week. The minimum stay is 1 week.

Rates are based on a 7 night, 7 day week. Check out time on your departure day is 10 am. The housekeepers may come by early if the casa is scheduled for a quick turn over.

November through May - $650 per week. ($108 per night)

June through October - $550 per week. ($92 per night)

Reservations are made by placing a 50% deposit on the total rental rate. Final Payment is due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival forfeits the deposit. The high season that runs from October through May is the seasonally comfortable time of the year. In July through mid January, the jungle is lush green from the summer rainy season.

Our off season which runs from June through September coincides with the summer monsoon season. Warm tropical rains fall, returning the jungle to it's lush green canopy with plants, flowers butterflies and birds.

Yelapa is fairly quiet during this time of the year with many of the resident Ex Pats taking refuge back in the states. It's a good time to enjoy the "real" Mexico and the friendly people who make Yelapa the magical place that it is. If you are used to tropical living, you'll enjoy the monsoons.
