Seasonal Rental Rates

There are two distinct seasons in Yelapa. Our rental rates reflect the differences between the two and are based on a 7 night / 7 day week. The minimum length of stay is 5 days. Discounts of up to 20% for one month stays or 25% for more than one month.

The ‘high season’ is October through May and is the most comfortable time of the year weather wise. From July through January, the jungle is lush green from the summer rainy season. From February through June Yelapa is typically hotter and progressively drier leading up to the summer rains starting in June or July.

Casa Mariposa can sleep 5 people in 3 beds. (Additional couch or hammock sleeping is possible with the addition of a mosquito net.)

Casa Iguana can sleep 6 people in 3 semi-private sleeping spaces. Upstairs has 2 queen beds with a full curtain separation. Downstairs the ample Moroccan style couch can hold 2 singles. The house is best for a family or a group of friends.
